- LTV: 75% Max LTV (based upon asset and location)
- Rates: WSJ plus 2.00% to 4.00%
- Fixed Period: 3,5,7,10, and 30-year
- Points: up to 2.00% (par pricing available)
- Loan Amounts: $500,000 to $7,000,000
- Amortization: up to 30-year fully amortizing (other amortization options available)
- Rate Caps: 2% for the first year, then 1% periodically
- Prepayment Penalty: 3% for each year the loan is fixed. No PPP options are available.
- Rate Buydown: Available with additional origination costs.
- I/O Periods: Available up to the first 5 years
