Transaction Type: Purchase, Refinance, & Cash Out Refinance

LTV: 75% Max LTV (based upon asset and location)

Rates: 7.75%-11.5%

Fixed Period: 3,5,7,10 and 30-year

Points: up to 2 points (par pricing available)

Loan Amounts: $500,000 to $7,000,000

Amortization:  up to 30 Year Fully Amortizing (other amortization options available)

Index: WSJ Prime

Rate Caps: 2% for the first year, then 1% periodically

Prepayment Penalty: 3% for each year the loan is fixed. No PPP options are available.

Rate Buy-down: Available with additional origination costs.

-Minimum Credit Score: 630

-Expense Deposit Required Fort 3rd Party Reports

-Rate Lock When Loan Documents Drawn

-Impounds For Property Taxes and Insurance Required

-IBS Must Order 3rd Party Reports

- Foreign National Financing Max CLTV of 60%
