Lending Parameters

Transaction Type: Purchase, Refinance, &Cash Out Refinance

LTV: 75% Max LTV (based upon asset and location)

Rates: 6.35%-9.5%

Fixed Period: 2,3,5,7,10 and 30 year

Points: up to 2 points (par pricing available)

Loan Amounts: $300,000 to $7,000,000

Amortization:  up to 30 Year Fully Amortizing (other amortization options available)

Index: WSJ P

Rate Caps: 2% for the First Year Then 1% periodically

Prepayment Penalty: 5% for Each Year That The Loan is Fixed  

Rate Buy-down: Available with additional origination costs.

 

Additional Considerations:

-Minimum Credit Score: 630

-Expense Deposit Required Fort 3rd Party Reports

-Rate Lock When Loan Documents Drawn

-Impounds For Property Taxes and Insurance Required

-IBS Must Order 3rd Party Reports

- Foreign National Financing Max CLTV of 60%
